Thursday, September 21, 2017 Quilt Show Set-Up and Awards Ceremony 7:45 – 9:30 am Turn in your quilts to be hung. 7:30 – 3 pm Set up various booths representing the Guild (dock 5 available 8 – 9 am) including Silent Auction, Boutique, Raffle Baskets, Guild Promotion, and Raffle Quilt 9 – 11 am Hang quilts 11 am – 3 pm Vendor Check-In/Unload at Dock 5 3:30 pm Awards Ceremony – We will announce the winners from Judging Day and present ribbons. All are invited! 7 pm Facility closes for the day.
Friday, September 22, 2017 Quilt Show Day 1 9 am – 5 pm Show Hours Volunteers are asked to check in at the “Coat Check” counter prior to beginning work. It is located just to the right of the Admissions table. Please check in at least 10 minutes before your shift starts.
Saturday, September 23, 2017 Quilt Show Day 2 9 am – 5 pm Show Hours Wear PINK to win a free entry in the Diamond Galleria Gift Card drawing. 2 pm Live Auction of Quilts, Tote bags, and Framed Blocks from the Quilt for the Cure Block Contest. All proceeds go to the Tri-State Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Foundation. 3 pm Raffle Basket Booth closes. Winners will be notified via announcement shortly thereafter. Silent Auction closes, winners contacted. Items to be shipped/picked up. Voting closes on Viewer’s Choice Award for Show Quilts. 3:30 pm Drawing for Diamond Galleria gift certificate 4 pm Raffle Baskets – Draw winning tickets and announce winners! 4:30 pm Announce Viewer’s Choice Award for Show Quilts 5:00 pm TearDown by member volunteers and vendors 5:30 pm - 6:15 pm Quilt Exhibitors pick check out their quilts where they turned them in
